Flank Steak

¼ CSoy Sauce
1 TSugar
1/8 tginger
2cloves garlic minced
1 Cwater

Marinate flank steak for one day. Broil. Slice into thin pieces by cutting at an angle, perpendicular to the 'grain.'

Pork chop barbecue "Sizzle Sauce"

1 ½ Ccider
½ Cvinegar
¼ Cbrown sugar
2 Tground cloves
1 Tdry mustard
1 Tginger
1 Tmolasses
1 Tbrandy or flavoring
garlic, salt, pepper

Combine well; makes about 2 cups. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper
