Hardy's last official book of poems,
published posthumously. It was prepared under his
supervision, and shelved most likely for publication on
his 90th birthday. Fairly common. In America, there was a
limited edition of 500 copies on large paper, as well as
a "regular" first edition. The British 1st
edition was made up of 5,000 copies. There was a second
impression later the same month. |
